Sea Biskitz Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sea Biskitz. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

3. International Shipping

We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery online.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, we currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to logistical constraints or legal restrictions.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please Contact Us immediately. Changes requested after the order has shipped may incur additional fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Sea Biskitz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please Contact Us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs or import taxes are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Sea Biskitz has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
